A video of the bug, what’s broken in plain English, and a fix plan, within 48h of access. The plan has the steps to reproduce it, and you or any developer can follow it. No code knowledge needed.
You add my email as a member in tools like Supabase or GitHub (I send the steps). No passwords, ever. I only look: I don’t change your code or data, or copy your users’ data. I leave the day I hand over, and you can remove me any time. Afterwards, rotate any keys I could have seen.
Yes, if a prompt fixes it. If each prompt makes it worse, someone needs to read your real logs and settings. That’s the diagnosis.
One diagnosis covers one broken flow: one task, like signing in, saving a record or opening the live app. Anything else I spot goes in the report as a note, free.
One broken flow, fixed on your live site and checked against a test we agree in writing before I start. If it doesn’t fit one sprint, I tell you, and you keep the diagnosis. Before a sprint, keep a backup or export of your project.
By card or bank transfer (UPI in India), with a link I send once your app fits. The $149 is paid upfront. If I can’t reproduce the problem and can’t give you a clear next step, you get a full refund. Ask within 7 days of delivery; otherwise a delivered report is final. A fix sprint is $750 total with your diagnosis counted: $300 when the agreed test passes, the rest to start. If that test can’t be met within scope, your deposit comes back.
