Refunds and cancellation

1. 1When you get a refund

   The free scan costs nothing. If you pay $9 to unlock the fixes and they don’t help, email hello@fixedlaunch.com within 7 days with your report link and you get the full $9 back. You don’t need to give a reason.

2. 2How to ask

   Email hello@fixedlaunch.com from the email you paid with, and include your report link. Every message is read and answered within 24 hours.

3. 3How long it takes

   An approved refund is sent within 5 business days through Dodo Payments, back to the card you paid with. Your bank or card issuer may take up to 10 more business days to show it.

4. 4Cancellation

   There's nothing to cancel: the $9 unlock is a one-time payment for one report, with no subscription and no recurring charges.
