What I collect
What you type in the request form: your email, your app's link, what's broken, and any note you add (or, for the kit waitlist, your email and launch timing; for the free checks, just your email). With it I keep which button you used, the campaign tags of the link you arrived on (if it had any), the site that sent you, your browser type, and a one-way hash of your IP address, used only to stop the form being abused (the IP itself is never stored).
Scans
A scan isn't stored in a database. The report lives inside its own link, encrypted and signed, so anyone with the link can open it. If you pay $9 to unlock a report, Dodo Payments shares the email you paid with, and I may send the unlocked link to it.
Why
To reply to you, check whether your app fits, and do the diagnosis you ask for. Waitlist emails get one email when the kit is ready.
Where it's kept
In a database hosted by Neon (Postgres) on Vercel, in the US. Emails go through Resend: each request to me, and a copy of it to you. I don't sell or share it, and I don't add you to any other list.
Analytics
PostHog records page views, clicks, errors the page runs into and, for some visits, a replay of how the page was used, kept in that browser tab only until you close it (no cookies). Anything typed into fields is masked and never recorded. Vercel Speed Insights measures how fast the page loads, without cookies or anything that identifies you.
Ads
This site loads the Google Ads, X (Twitter) Ads and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Ads tags, which set cookies so the ad platform can tell me when someone who clicked one of my ads later sent a request or scanned their app. The tag reports only that one of those happened, plus a random request ID for a request. Your email, your app's link and anything else you type are never sent to it.
Payments
The $9 report unlock is paid by card through Dodo Payments, the merchant of record, which handles the payment, tax and receipt. A diagnosis or fix sprint is paid through the link I send by email: Razorpay (card and UPI) or Wise (bank transfer). I never see your card details. I see the name, email and amount the provider shows me, and keep the invoice for tax records.
Your app and your users' data
Access to your app and its data is covered by the working terms: invite only, no passwords, I only look during a diagnosis, and I don't download your users' data.
How long I keep it
Requests, waitlist signups and free-check emails are deleted from my database and inbox 12 months after you send them, and from the backup copy within a month after that. If you become a client, the screen recordings of your app reach you by a private link that expires after 30 days, and I delete my notes, screenshots and any local copy of your code within 14 days of handing over. Invoices are kept as long as tax law requires.
Deleting it
Email hello@fixedlaunch.com and I delete your request and anything else I hold about you.
